All fees are subject to SEBI's prescribed cap of ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family as per SEBI circular (effective 2024). GST will be applicable in addition to fees. Please read the MITC (Terms & Conditions) carefully before subscribing.

How to Subscribe

Review Plans

Contact us or write to our email to enquire about available research plans and find one that matches your investment approach.

Complete KYC

Submit your PAN, address proof, and any additional KYC documents as required under SEBI norms.

Sign Agreement

Review and sign the client agreement (MITC) and provide your acknowledgement of the key disclosures.

Get Access

Research delivery begins as per the agreed schedule. Delivery is via email in PDF format.

After subscribing, you will receive an onboarding email with the client agreement (MITC), KYC form, and payment instructions. Services activate within 2 business days of KYC completion and receipt of subscription fees. For queries during the onboarding process, write to the contact email listed on our Contact page.

Fees & Refunds

SEBI Mandated — Fee Cap & Advance Terms

Per SEBI norms, the maximum advance fee that can be collected is 2 months for monthly subscribers and 1 quarter for quarterly subscribers. Annual fees may be collected upfront subject to the overall cap of ₹1,51,000 per client family per annum.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions: (a) the client cancels within 7 days of subscription commencement and no research report has been delivered during this period — full refund; (b) the RA fails to deliver agreed services for a continuous period of 30 or more days — pro-rata refund for the undelivered period; (c) the RA discontinues registered research services entirely — pro-rata refund for the unexpired subscription period. To initiate a refund, submit a written request to the grievance email with your subscription details. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days via the original payment instrument. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with the quality or outcome of research, as research does not guarantee any investment result.
