About Alpha Plus Capital Associates LLP
Alpha Plus Capital Associates LLP was founded to address a fundamental gap in the Indian investment landscape: the absence of rigorous, independent equity research for discerning investors. Institutional-grade sell-side research is rarely available to HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices outside the large broking ecosystem, while freely available research is often promotional or thinly analytical. The firm was established to bridge that gap — offering SEBI-registered, process-driven research anchored in primary-source analysis.

Research Philosophy
Our research process works through two complementary lenses. The top-down view begins at the global level — assessing macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, geopolitical dynamics, and cross-asset flows — then narrows progressively to the domestic economy, sector-level positioning, and structural industry trends. This layer tells us where the environment is supportive and where headwinds are building.
Within the context set top-down, the bottom-up lens takes over — going deep on individual companies. This covers the quality of the business model, management track record, competitive positioning, and financial health, culminating in a rigorous valuation to identify ideas where the risk-reward is compelling. The two perspectives reinforce each other: macro context shapes where we look; company analysis determines what we buy.
Research independence is non-negotiable. Alpha Plus Capital Associates LLP does not accept compensation, directly or indirectly, from any company it covers. Each published research report carries a complete per-report conflict-of-interest disclosure as required under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
