3-Stage Complaint Resolution
Mandated by SEBI under the Research Analysts Regulations, 2014. Investors must follow this escalation process in sequence.
Write to us directly with full details of your complaint. Include your subscription details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documents.
If your complaint remains unresolved within 30 days of raising with us, or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution, escalate to SEBI SCORES.
For disputes involving monetary claims that remain unresolved through SCORES, investors may approach SMART-ODR for online dispute resolution.
