This Investor Charter is published in compliance with the SEBI circular on "Publishing of Investor Charter and Disclosure of Investor Complaints by Research Analysts." It must be updated whenever SEBI revises the prescribed charter content.

B. Services Provided to Investors
- Equity research reports covering listed securities on Indian stock exchanges (BSE / NSE)
- Buy / Hold / Exit recommendations with supporting analysis, valuation, and risk disclosures
- Model portfolio recommendations — curated equity ideas with ongoing buy/hold/exit action alerts
- Sector and thematic research reports — in-depth analysis of industries and structural investment themes
- All research carries per-report analyst disclosures as mandated under SEBI (RA) Regulations, 2014
- Access to this Investor Charter, Compliance Disclosures, and MITC at all times via the website
C. Rights of Investors
- Right to receive unbiased and independent research based on publicly available information
- Right to receive full disclosure of any conflict of interest of the Research Analyst at the time of publication
- Right to know whether the Research Analyst or associates hold financial interest in the subject company
- Right to raise grievances and receive a response within 21 calendar days of lodging the complaint
- Right to escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI SCORES, RAASB, or SMART-ODR
- Right to receive a clear explanation of fees, refund policy, and subscription terms before subscribing
- Right to access, review, and update personal KYC information held by the firm
D. Responsibilities of Investors
- Verify the SEBI registration of the Research Analyst before subscribing to any service
- Read all disclosures, research reports, and the MITC carefully before acting on research
- Exercise independent judgement — research recommendations are not guarantees of returns
- Provide accurate and complete KYC information as required for entering into an agreement
- Do not share subscription credentials with third parties
- Report concerns or potential fraud immediately to the firm or to SEBI
E. Do's and Don'ts for Investors
✓ Do's
- Verify SEBI registration at sebi.gov.in before subscribing
- Read the research report, including all disclosures and risk factors
- Assess suitability of the recommendation for your financial situation
- Keep records of all communications and subscription agreements
- Escalate unresolved complaints to SEBI SCORES
✗ Don'ts
- Do not invest solely on a "tip" or verbal recommendation without written research
- Do not pay fees in cash or to personal bank accounts without proper receipts
- Do not assume past recommendations predict future performance
- Do not share your login credentials or subscription access with others
- Do not act on research without reading all accompanying disclosures
